The best strategy for developing urban economy is implementation of resistance economy 

IUESA: Dr. Babak Negahdari, the head of Tehran urban research and planning center of said, in my opinion, one of the most important issues that should be followed in this conference is legal vacancy between city management and administrative bodies.

Saying that preparing the ground for achievement of resistance economy is one of the most important priorities of urban economy, Negahdari said, today, the best strategy for developing urban economy is implementation of resistance economy.
