Blocking the path of urban development by governmental municipalities

IUESA: Emphasizing on the necessity to amendment to Article 4 of the sixth development plan, Gholam Hossein Tabeshfar, the head of urban management committee of IUESA said governmental municipalities block the path of urban development.

Saying that no one disagrees about balanced distribution of tax revenues among small and large cities, he added, in my opinion, allocation of revenues as 20 percent to metropolises, 20 percent to rural municipalities, and 60 percent to other cities is more efficient.
