Tehran Urban training manager in assembly of criticism of Organizational Training Management (Emphasizing Urban capital Development) book

Vacancy of production of indigenous knowledge in urban management is serious.

IUESA: Tehran urban training manager emphasized the function of Iran urban economics scientific association in the production of contents as an effective step and added that Organizational Training Management emphasizing Urban capital Development book can be considered as a new germination in the area of production of indigenous knowledge in urban management.

Tehran urban training manager Akbar Neshat in the criticism assembly for “organizational training management emphasizing urban capital development” book said: today training task is one of the principal category human sources systems which guarantee success for the system.

In the urban management area we feel a theoretical serious vacancy in all fields particularly trainings related to urban management and citizens. Therefore, domestic content production in this area can improve many metro polices’ challenge, he said.

He emphasized that fortunately the function of IEUSA in the content product area is accounted as an effective step. Organizational training management emphasizing urban capital development can be assigned as a new germination in the production of domestic knowledge in urban area, he said.

 Tehran municipal training manager implied that recommendation is confirmed by Dr Kourosh  Fathi, Dr Davoud Danesh Jafari and Dr Hasan Maleki.

He also implied the subjects’ meaning of this book and said: it has been tried to discuss human capital position to achieve urban development and therefore the most important criterion for human capital development and clearly urban capital development is organizational training subject.

He emphasized that one of the special feature of this book is an attention to training new methods and strategies. He also added: if this creative approach in urban training area develops, many challenges can be elevated with the lowest possible cost.

It is necessary to mention that this book is written by Hossein Mohammadpour Zarandi and Seyyed Mohsen Tabatabaei Mozdabadi in 7 chapters and 236 pages. This book published in 1000 copies under supervision of IEUSA and effort of urban, housing, road researches center.
