The 48th issue of the Quarterly Journal of Urban Economics and Management has been published with 6 titles as follows.
- Identifying and analyzing facilitating and inhibiting factors in the development of night tourism in Isfahan city
- Investigating and analyzing the quality of livability of areas integrated into the Tabriz metropolis
- Investigating the impact of targeting subsidies on the cost price of housing (case study: Tehran city)
- Investigating legal and regulatory challenges in monitoring urban construction
- Evaluating good urban governance in development plans (case study, the third and fourth development plans of Shiraz metropolis)
- Developing a framework for evaluating justice in municipal budgets based on legal obligations and conventional data available to the city (case study: Hamedan city)
It should be noted that the dissemination and expansion of knowledge of urban economics and management, the publication of new findings and theories in this field, the publication of research in related fields, and the provision of a forum for the exchange of opinions on issues related to urban economics and management are among the most important goals of this scientific quarterly. The Journal of Urban Economics and Management has a scientific degree from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and is indexed in the ISI international citation database and the national citation databases of Noormags, Magiran, Ricest, SID, Ensani, EZM, Econbiz and Gate Way-Bayern.
The specialized database Econlit, affiliated with the American Economic Association, which is considered one of the most prestigious international economic associations, introduced 12 prestigious journals in the world in its June 2015 issue, among which was the Journal of Urban Economics and Management.
The Iranian Society of Urban Economics (ranked as the country’s top scientific association in the humanities group for six consecutive years) is the owner of the privilege and Dr. Seyed Mohsen Tabatabaei Mozdabadi is the editor-in-chief of this scientific quarterly.
