Resistance economy; necessities and responsibilities

IUESA: Islamic Republic is facing concepts and issues in economic areas which it did not have similar model both in practice and human experience. So the Islamic Revolution is responsible for innovation, initiative, economic theory and modeling in new areas. In fact, each country confronting the arrogance needs such patterns. One of the concepts is “resistance economy”. The definition of resistance economy is identifying areas of pressure, attempt to control, foiling and changing such pressures into opportunity. 
In other words, resistance economy is the same as reducing dependencies, emphasizing on the benefits of domestic product, and also attempt to self-reliance. As the Supreme Leader presented in the resistance economy, resistance economy is not negation.  (Sunday, August 5, 2012)
The national programs resistance economy was presented to the Supreme Leader by the government. Due to public demand the end to the nuclear talks and the necessity of strengthening the economy, reflect on the following points in order to operationalize and facilitate the process of economic strength.
Supporting national production: emphasizing the Supreme Leader on the need for continued national production, supporting Iranian labor and capital, the Charter of the functions of government, stakeholders and the public production are tricyclic interact with each other and have a direct impact.
In other words, if you encourage people to buy domestic products but its quality, consumer satisfaction is not followed; practically the public will not accept domestic production. Among the three rings, the task of government to support producers, heavier and it is clear that full government support, is meant to provide a higher quality of domestic products.
1.    Article 44 of the constitution policy: Limiting governmental economy and liberalization of the economy, the consequences of the implementation of Article 44 of the constitution. Active resistance economy and efficient economy requires strategic planning, based on the popular economy through further empowering the private sector and removing obstacles and difficulties in this sector. The private sector as the main driver of economic growth and industrial and by using its capital absorbing the participation of non-governmental capital and dynamic use of human resources and efficient management, can achieve long-term goals.
2.    Considering the elites and the use of new technology: entering the elites in the industry, trade and agriculture.
3.    Curbing unproductive activities and drying up the source of corruption: A non-productive activities are those of turbulence and volatility, have taken advantage of the benefits without the hassles upon opportunists. . In an economy based on speculation, the productive sector, the most affected and economic mechanism led to speculative bubbles and volatility. Such an economy in the face of external pressure, have the lowest stability and resistance and it quickly disappears. Some of these principles are appropriate enforcement policies.
4.    Getting rid of dependence on oil revenues and move towards self-reliance: Economic mechanisms should be reviewed in such a way that all of the dependencies are identified and decided on it. . Some of the policies in this area include: replacing tax revenues, revenues from transit, raw end retail and support of small workshops.
5.    The priority of culture over the import and purchase of domestic products: In addition to promoting general concepts such as jihad resistance culture, in the economic sphere, it is essential to be published suitable cultural concepts. Prefer to import and purchase of domestic products is important in many cases faced cultural barriers. 
It is clear that the functions of government and executive bodies are not limited to issues such as fixing the exchange rate, creating jobs, reforming the government and other relevant responsibilities of the executive branch more agile.
Noting some obstacles, including sanctions and livelihoods free society in the current situation, is legitimacy. The resistance economy has become the common language and all public demand. Resistance economy goals will be possible only along the path of economic jihad. Any officials at any level and rank of the requirements always must be in line with the ideals of martyrdom committed and accountable.
