Entry of country’s banking network to finance municipalities
IUESA: Referring to the main goal of
human resources management in any system is helping an organization’s better
performance to achieve organizational goals, Dr. Hossein Mohammadpour Zarandi,
the Head of IUESA said, since performance evaluation informs managers from
organization’s human resources needs, organizational culture and their
attitudes, and makes it possible identify necessary activities to improve
services’ quality and reduce costs, human resources management needs a model in
which it measures and evaluates success rate achieving goals and business
strategies to reduce problems.
Emphasizing that promoting the
culture of organizational excellence and managers’ interest to constant
improvement has leaded to increase demand to establish excellence systems, he
pointed out, without considering the kind of activity, size, structure or
degree of organizational maturity, organizations need to establish suitable
management systems to achieve success in goals and their strategic goals, and
organizational excellence models is an instrument to help organizations to
ensure the achievement of suitable management system establishment.
Highlighting that organizations’
evaluation level happens by focusing on investigating information and primary
necessities of each company in organizational success chain model, he added it
is necessary scientific model and indicator be considered in investigating the
degree of organizations’ success.
Pointing to the necessity of the
country’s banking system entry in financing urban management area; he said,
today, urban management needs financial support to improve services to citizens
and individuals’ life quality and it is necessary country’s banking system
enters into the issue of municipalities’ funding beside attending to important
sectors such as industry, agriculture and etc.
Emphasizing that more than 70% of Iran’s
population live in cities and it is predicted that this rate would increase, he
said, the smallest change in urban service domain can improve major part of the
society, so it is necessary to create a new approach for banking network
interactions and urban management.
It should be noted that Dr.
Mohammadpour Zarandi was appreciated as a selected of the 12th
conference on organizational success chain at the end of this ceremony.
