Resistive economy; a model based on creativity

IUESA: Seyyed Mohsen Tabatabaei, the secretary of IUESA lectured about the position of creativity in management and economy at the 41th General Assembly of Managers of Secretariat of Administrative System.

According to Iran position in the world and Middle East, we understand that to exit from downturn, motion and achieve resistive economy, we should select individuals and managers with creative and thoughtful attitude to design a creative organization in the shortest time. In this regard, the importance and position of innovation was emphasized in the national superior documents such as resistive economy policies, issued by the supreme leader, and comprehensive scientific map of country, he said.

Resistive economy means identification the areas of pressure and attempt to control and suppress the economic shocks accordingly. In ideal conditions changing these pressures is an opportunity. In fact, foreign dependencies should be reduced and emphasized on domestic product and attempt to self-efficacy, in order to achieve resistive economy. We need creative experts and Entrepreneur organizations to reach this important goal, he added.

Islamic-scientific economy studies the reasons of economic problems and it suggests its remedies under Islamic law. One of the ways to achieve resistive economy is boosting creativity and innovation morale in economic organizations, he added.

The concept of resistive economy defines on the basis of creative capitals and it is counted as the factors of creation of economic and social growth of developed societies. A world that moves toward globalization is a creative industry and in fact the principal support of creative economy, he emphasized.

In fact, the government should identify and utilize the capitals of creative economy, therefore it is necessary to develop a strategic plan to improve creative economy according to the national identity and advantages of the country and world’s successful experiences should not be ignored, he emphasized.

He referred to the role of organizational trust in creativity development and the development of economic organizations and said; organizational trust in development of individual and organizational creativity has an important role and it provides the necessities of organization development in a competitive business environment.

It is worth mentioning that the 41th General Assembly of Managers of Secretariat of Administrative System was held with the presence of Ali Asqar Fani, Minister of Education and Shahindokht Molaverdi, Deputy of Women and Family Affairs in the center of Intellectual Development of Youth.
