take advantage of Cyber capacities to improve urban services and management

development of cities and said: there is no doubt that today, achieving the
desired level of progress in all areas is not possible without the use of new
technologies.
Managing director of Journal of
Urban Economics and Management pointed to the priority of the idea of
"smart city" in urban development issues and said: smart city consist
of smart economy, transport, environment and people. So achieving to this level
of urban development is only subject to the use of the capacities of the new
technologies.
Tabatabai
said: today in many metropolitans, preliminary steps have been taken to provide
municipal services in cyberspace. He added: however, it is required that city
managers use more the capacity of the virtual spaces and urban management be
used to improve services and citizenship education with the development of
e-policies, their implementation and indigenous instrument arriving. |
