Head of the Training and Development office of Bank shahr:

High level of training courses held by IUESA

IUESA: Abas Ruhi Zahraei, Head of the Training and Development office of Bank Shahr, on the sidelines of holding training courses of Holding managers and this banks subsidiaries by Iran Urban Economics Scientific Association said: training is a strategy for human oriented unites.

He emphasized that banks are one of the human oriented organizations and their services are depend on both staff and customers. He said: human resources are the banks greatest capital therefore these organizations do several programs to attract, retain and promotion of human resources.

Head of the training and the development Department of the bank Shahr emphasized that 85 organizational jobs are defined in the bank and it is necessary to holding different training courses which are based on update issues for staffs. He added: Hence, training and the development Department of the bank Shahr considered about 60 hours training for staffs every years.

He referred to hold the training courses of the bank Holdings and subsidiaries managers by Iran Urban Economics Scientific Association and said: this Association is in high scientific level; therefore the level of the training courses is desirable.

At the end, Ruhi praised the association for cooperation in holding the training course and said: we hope to increase the level of our cooperation in the future.
